How to apply Schengen Visa for you and your family

 







Few simple steps to apply for schengen Visa online , take appointment and prepare a good set of documents. 


Steps to Apply the VISA .

1. you need to create login at VFS website.

2. Check the dates where appointment is available. You need to fill some basic details and block the time slot. 

3. Make sure you reach 15-min before at the VFS centre.

4. Submit all the documents and submit the VISA fee. 

5. They will take bio-matric , once it is done, you are done with VISA document submission.

Few things to remember : May be take a printout of this page. 

  1. While taking appointment , you need to select the category, like business, tourism , students ..etc , you need to mention the same in application form in section 23 (purpose of your visit)
  2. Do not forget to take the print-out of checklist , each category having different check-list , make sure you take the correct one , otherwise you will have to take it from xerox shop which may charge you a lot. 
  3.  There are few declaration forms you need to submit, make sure you have it with you and filled correctly. 
  4. If you are going on tourist visa , you need to submit your financial details like bank balance ,last 3 years ITR , enough balance in the account. 
  5. For tourist Visa, make sure you apply for longer duration , many time they will give you the exact number of days as you have requested.
  6. You need to attached your flight details , hotel bookings. 
  7. you need to carry 2 photos , make sure it is aligned with the countries requirement you are visiting.
